The shipment date depends on the type of order that was passed:
- Order for Available Products: The available products will be shipped at the date set out in the email confirmation, usually between 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Pre-order: The Exclusive Products will be shipped between 2 to 6 weeks from the date that the Pre-Order is confirmed.
We aim to provide an excellent service and within the best of our abilities to ensure that your favorite item reaches you as soon as possible.
Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8am and 10pm, depending on the courier service. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can easily trace your order.
Please note that our delivery charges do not cover customs charges, duties or any handling or holding fees. Any such charge is the responsibility of the customer.
